A chain letter is circulated about a 14-month-old child from Poland who suffered a severe
Basically, the story is true. A girl whose name is Ola
(a diminutive form of Aleksandra) Kuczma experienced a severe burn during a
fire in her parents' house in a village near Sanok (south-eastern Poland). The
tragic accident happened in June 2005.
Ola had to (and will have to) undergo
serious (and expensive) medical treatment. The girl's parents asked public for

false information that 3
grosz (about 1 US cent) or 3 cents will be paid for each e-mail sent. This is a hoax
— such payment schema is technically unfeasible.
